What We Did Today

We went to a sod house. And after that we went to a Pony Express station. I got rock candy there. Then we drove for the rest of the day. We watched The Incredibles. We have US maps and we are circling license plates that we see along the way. We have most of the states so far. Tonight we are staying at a cabin at a campground. I like to play Little House in it!

Thanks for the post Tarin. Was the Sod House bigger than the house Pa built for Laura and her family? Did you see a big plow there? How many more license plates do you need before you have the whole nation?
Let use know what you think of Chicago - so different than the Sod House and Pony Express.
Miss you!

Miss T--it's so nice to hear from you, my dear!

Go Rock Candy!

The Incredibles is such a cute movie-watching a fun movie definitely helps to make the miles go by faster, doesn't it? That was so nice of Lindsay to let you borrow her DVD player-i bet you've been thanking her every day of your trip!

The cabin you guys stayed at is the cutest thing ever! Great idea to play Little House in it, Miss T.
Miss you much,
