This morning we stopped at Brad's brother's house to do a load of laundry, grab some groceries, have lunch, and re-group. Thank goodness Uncle Eric had hockey sticks in his garage to keep the boys busy. After all the flatness of the midwest, we finally got our first view of the beautiful Rocky Mountains. They are so impressive.
This afternoon we are headed to Red Rocks State Park to hike. Tonight there will be a gathering at the hotel where everyone is staying for the wedding. We are growing weary of spending each night in a different bed, so we look forward to our two-night stay in Evergreen.
I want to thank everyone for posting responses in our blog. We really look forward to reading them every night. We are so tired at the end of each day that we just don't have time to respond! But we love knowing that you all are reading so thank you. Hopefully the kids will be adding to this blog more often. They want to but it's usually too late once we get to our hotels at night.

Miss you all! Hugs, Kathy Gorka
Julian in solitary confinement....I just can't imagine that! He would have to bust out of there!
Aren't those Rocky Mountains something to see? Is there still snow on the mountain tops?
Enjoy your couple of days in one spot - get a shower and put your feet up for a few minutes.
Love
